Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup pizza or marinara sauce
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
2 tablespoons chopped black olives
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease an 8-inch pie plate or small oven-safe dish.
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Spoon the pizza sauce over the cream cheese layer.
Top the sauce evenly with the pepperoni, olives, and green peppers.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot throughout and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Let the dip cool for 5 minutes before serving hot with tortilla chips, breadsticks, or crackers.
Notes
You can substitute the pepperoni with cooked, crumbled sausage or cooked ground beef for different pizza flavors.
To make this ahead, assemble the dip completely (without baking) and cover it. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Add 5 to 10 minutes to the baking time if baking directly from the refrigerator.
Serve with sturdy dippers like pita chips or baguette slices, as this dip is thick.
